Service availability
Understand the hosted-service scope and configuration requirements.
Scope of this edition
These guides describe Lutrio, Otterview’s hosted CV/VLM platform. They are separate from the technical blog and the manuals for Basic or private installations. Last reviewed: 5 November 2026.
What was checked
| Area | Documentation basis | What to expect |
|---|---|---|
| Sign-in and language | Public login page and current authentication configuration checked live | Email, Google and GitHub entries; English and Chinese language selection |
| Image upload and task feedback | Hosted-service release acceptance | Follow the background task through final import counts |
| Annotation and review | Shared workflow implementation and hosted UI acceptance | Available tools and approval rules depend on the dataset/workflow |
| CV/VLM training | Project workflow and service architecture | Requires compatible inputs, permissions and configured compute |
| Evaluation and model conversion | Workflow implementation and delivery records | Model/runtime-specific; full external-checkpoint conversion is not universally verified |
Configuration-dependent capabilities
AI labeling, image generation, training and evaluation need their own services and compute. Whether a control is visible and whether a job can execute are separate checks. Read readiness and cost information for your account before running it.
JetLinks data feedback belongs to supported private integrations; this guide does not present it as a public self-service SaaS connector. Native text-only LLM training and arbitrary checkpoint conversion are not part of this guide’s verified end-to-end scope.
How this guide was verified
We checked the public sign-in entry, read the frontend workflow and reviewed hosted-service release records. This documentation update did not start training, consume generation credits, change permissions or repeat every logged-in business flow. Instructions for those flows are conditional on your configured service.
Tell us what differs
If a control is missing, send its page and the wording you see to Otterview support. We can confirm your account’s available workflow before you prepare a large dataset.
